fbi's poor customer service

well my friend ordered a 4link liek 2 weeks ago now. he orders monday they tell him it ships in 2 days and call back for a tracking number.and he will get it in 10 days.
well as u all figured already ...he calls and gets the run around. blah lbha blah this and that . and get this. some dude there tells my friend this."if i have to go get the shipping guy to find your tracking number it iwll take a extra 3 days to ship to you"
now come on how much more of a dick can you be? that jsu is not right whatsoever.
im posting here cuz i knwo some fbi guys are on here. so why dont u jsu do the right thing and when u take people credit card numbers and say your going to ship something jsut do what u say on time when u say your going to do it.
i been thru this before and it ended with the BBB and state attorney generals gettin things done for me. i dont get why companies f around so much and let things go like this.
and if this turns bad ill delete the post.

he did form there too. got his parts in 5 days.
but i used the fbi 4link we where happy w it so he figured he get it.

im the one who got dicked arround in this topic. the finally shipped it. I ordered the 4link on the May 23rd and they finally shipped it on June 3rd. WOW. Acording to UPS and the tracking number it will be here on the 9th. Over 3 weeks. So much for 7-10!

nah its not like that. its the point that if your told something it should happen they way ur told.this is reasons why someone would think twice bout ordering from someone again ya know.

thats why I stopped buyin shit from them... ordered numerous skinns that didnt fit and fillers.... u always have to fabricate to make there stuff work.... and ontop of that usually u get ur stuff hella late and fuckin beat to shit.... SD is the only way left to go.

ive never had problems....
