zing the frame

i did a 3/4 inch z in the frame for the bd, and i was wondering if i need to raise the steering rod too. Also when i do the bd do i add the 3/4 to the frame horn drop?

i think if you cant figure out that if you raise the clip and you see that you have a fender support mount in the front that needs to be on the same plane as the rest of the body then you JUST SHOULDNT BE Z'ING YOUR FRAME

first of all i z'ed the frame so when i bd it, it would lay full frame and i wouldnt have to drag through my front crossmember and new control arms. Bush, thanks for the great info.

seems odd that you z'd it that much!! I only had to z mine 1/4 when we built the frame for it to sit flat,

why not just raise the front x-member instead of z-ing the frame... thats all i did.
