Just make it right and make it go away.
Shooting him puts you in jail, screw that.
Let him know this is a 1 time deal and when you are done this time its over.
Court orders are nice but then you have to find a cop to arrest him, by then its too late.
See what he wants try to take care of it and be done with it!!!!

i det he won't do anything, if he were to get caught beating up a 17 year old and he's a UFC fighter or whatever, you could suggest it was assult with a deadly weapon....

1.) assult on a minor
2.) assult with a deadly weapon
3.)assault and battery
im sure there are others but this would be enough to put him away for a while.
