Jay, I already talked to the cops. They told me that they could not do anything unless he phycially harms me. They said now that the threats are on record though, if he comes near my house they could possibly arrest him. And if he were to try to enter the house they could arrest him.

And to get a restraining order, he has to physically harm me first. I know for a fact I couldn't take a UFC fighter. Let alone his fighter friends too. Every time he came to my house to check on the bike, he had at least one friend with him, and they were all fighters.

Ummm, the cops said he has to be physically harmed to get a restraining order. I'm pretty sure the cops would know considering they deal with this shit on a daily basis, and it also depends on the law where he lives. In case you didn't know different places have different laws. Where I'm from you don't HAVE to be physically harmed, but you do need to file a complaint/police report pertaining to the altercation/threat, before you can file for the restraining order. So maybe call the cops next time you he threatens, get them out to your house, possibly somehow you could know when the next time the dude is coming over.. File a report about the threats, maybe that will work towards getting your restraining order..
