I built a carrier bearing support. Just wondering if anyone knows what the first drive piece off the trans needs for a pinion angle, or if it should be just straight back? thanks guys-mike

I don't know if I understand what you mean by this, I think pinion angle needs to be between around 1-3 degrees, up to 5 is safe but the higher the pinion angle the more stress it will be under at higher rpms. At 5 degrees or more you will have relatively large power loses and the u-joints may not hold together at around 5,000 rpm.

i've had 2 93's. 1 x cab and 1 standard, and both have had 2 piece drive shafts. my 79 has a one piece.
