eating out/girls/clothes/drinking/smokin all take a LOT of cash out of your pocket. I dont think i've had anything to eat outside the house in a couple months cuz im the biggest penny pincher. I don't make enough to spend money and save. So I save up and buy when I have enough + gas for the next week.

Its all in your head, if you have the knowledge to build trucks you can get alot done for cheap. I have worked at a couple of shops and I just bodydropped my 01 s10 for about $120 in materials and 8 days of my time. my wheels: traded 4 bags, tank, 2 compressors. SYStem: i know people and get good deals from audiobahn. you can do it yourself and dont have to be a drug dealer.. you can always tell at show here in socal who the drug dealers are, with their overnite cover trucks.. they dont give a shit about their cars wither, they didnt put the time tinto building it. and the first shop I worked at i offered to do it for free to learn everything, and I started doing trades for parts. I payed my credit cards off 2 yrs ago, if I dont have cash in my pocket i dont need it.

and im married have a wife kids, and a house.. you can make it happen, just little by little,

Worked two jobs every summer for the three years I've been working on my truck about 70 hrs a week not going out just work and sleep. Saved my money and planned my build get it done right the first time cuz doing things twice gets expensive just be patient and don't loose hope.

save save and save. don't go out don't have fun don't do anything that requires spending $. That's what I did for over a year and with the tax return $, I made it happen.

i work at a wholesale heating supply company and i drive a box truck i only make 12 bucks a hour and in the last 7 mounths i have bagged, dragged, and shaved my s-dime it takes time to get everything my suspention was sitting around for 2 mounths before i got my air managment.

i'm 23 and work as an office manager for a hurricane shutter and screening company. And until february i worked as customer service for ifriends.net for 4 yrs. i've worked for every dollar i've put in the car including the original price of the car.
