now im not here to talk shit, im not here to defend anyone, but i do know the creative guys really well, i know the crazy talk guys really well and i do know the chop shop guys really well, they all do great work. but to me the welds on those four link bars look pretty good which means they should hold and not break, whats the difference if you use a nut and weld it good compared to making your own four link bar? i dont see one. your telling me if you make your own four link bars your not butt welding the bar end the the bar it self? come on now. and welding to cast, yes there can be problems, but if its done properly (as stated on nic's (crazy talk) web site, it does work. and pretty sure many different type of race cars weld to the pumpkin for their 4 link. now i am far, far far from a professional anything, im just a guy doing his own shit and trying to learn everything i can. but tell me where i might be wrong. I honestly would recommend any of these shops to anyone, or to myself if i didnt do my own thing.
im not to big into race cars, but i dont think many run a gm 10 bolt like that with the cast center section, but anyways, that nut doesnt have much thread, unlike the bars we sell, they are tapped 3", and fully tig welded. so they dont look like crap with a nut welded to the end either.
from the pics on the site it looks like crazy talk does some really good work
Yeah, I looked through all of your suggestions and I decided to go through Crazy Talk Customs. They looked like they did good work and when I called they helped me out a lot. Very good guys over there. Thanks for all the suggestions.
I do custom work like what ya need. I live in Eau Claire, WI which is 1.5 hours from the cities not too bad of a drive. Hit my up on AIM Corey2486 and I'm sure i could work something out with you.
That's my truck you guys are talking about. I drive it every day in the summer for two years with out a problum. everybody who looks at it says it is done right that includes nic from crazy talk. I have gone 80mph layed out on the highway (all the way layed out not just the front like the pussy from illconformity) over 30 times and not a damn thing broke so i thunk it is fine.
