Oasis 1000 vs. 2 AirZenith's

I was thinking about an Oasis myself until I went by my shop and saw a 1000 hooked up in a Belair with 2 Optimas and 2 5 gallon tanks and a Escalade with 2 5 gallon tanks and 2 AZs. Although, the Oasis filled the tanks faster, the AZs were not that far behind. The most noticeable thing, like (Sam - shvd64cdy) mentions above, is the serious ping on your amps. I watched the amperage almost drop 40% on the Belair when the Oasis kicked on. If you have a sound system also, that must be a serious draw. BTW, it was running 0 gauge through out.

Considering this, the significantly lower price tag and the fact of not having a large ass & heavy foot print, I'll be going with 3 AZs to fill my 2 5 gallons; basically replacing the 3 Viairs I have now.

Plus, they now come in a sweet green!

A buddy of mine just had an AZ blowup on him and it was only a couple months old! AZ didnt want to do anything about it either, they didnt return phone calls or emails. The place he bought if from called them and emailed them and it took FOREVER for them to get a response. He ended up gettin a york and going engine driven.

Good luck with your AZ's!! I would never buy any electric compressor.
