Oasis 1000 vs. 2 AirZenith's

whats everyone's opinion or anyone have an hard facts what is going to be better?looking to fill to 200psi with 6-8gallons of air

Get the Air Zenith's. I have 2 on 2 5 gallon tanks and they kicka**.

2 az in a 6 gal be crazy fast... if you wanted oasis id get a bigger tank

wanted oasis into an 8 gallon, az's into a 6 gallon

I dont know anything about Air Zeniths but my Oasis fills my 2 tanks(8 gallons total) from 160-200psi in about 25-30 seconds

After using both units, I have to say i have been more than impressed with the AZ units for a few reasons. 1 would be the price difference betwen the two.......2 az units cost about 6 hundred less.......whew! second, the size/weight of the oasis is enormous, and lastly the amperage the oasis requires is almost ridiculous.180 amps is a ton of amperage draw, even for a short period. figure that a 5,000 watt audio set-up would only draw that kind of amperage for a few SECONDS TOPS! the oasis draws between 140 and 180 amps. the output difference between the two (using two az units) is very slim, although the oasis is a bit quicker. if all out speed is the concern, for about 300 dollars less, you can run 3 az units, be faster than the oasis, and still draw less amperage even at 200 psi. not to mention that the 3 az units weigh less, require zero maintenance (oasis requires constant attention) and less noise. i'd run th e3 az units hands down.

My son is running one Air Zenith into one 5 gal and it is fast.the only thing it is LOUD!!,He has it mounted to the frame and his hole bed vibrates crazy.

The oasis kills the AZ, as far as speed goes

The oasis killed the altenator in my truck then if it dosent get enuff power it shuts itself off so you have to put it someplace you can get to it to turn it back on but its so ugly you dont want to put it anywear you can see it, then the oil it puts in the system starts spiting out the exhast valves and that sucks if your s#!t is nice.Air Zenith is the way to go. But I do have a slightly used Oasis Il make you a good deal on if you want it Killer!

i'd have to disagree my buddy had a oasis on a 12 gallon tank and it took a shit on him in about 3 months. he put 2 AZ on there and its 200 psi regulated and its takes about half the time to fill the 12 gallon than the oasis did
