this is why you don't sell your custom rides. keep them for your kids or just keep them period.

As I see it,the mag has a responsibility to try to verify the info to the best of there ability. so ether the new owner miss lead them or they printed false info knowingly. Sucks ether way and the mag should publish a correction in the next issue, that would be the respectable thing to do

hey mike.........go fuck yourself, and your dynamite. if you could ever build something that was worth a shit, you'd be upset that you not only didn't get credit, but that someone else claimed they did it. and i don't think kurt, markus or anyone else is pissed because someone sold the truck and got a feature, they are pissed because some cheesedick fuckstick piece of shit lied about it all. no matter how "drunk" he might have been at the time, i'm pretty sure he had the editor's contact info so he could correct any questionable statements. pretty sure someone around that shoot remembers what magazine it was shot for, and holy shit if you can't go online and find a fkn phone number for a magazine. AND the thing was shot awhile back!!! he had months to correct it, and didn't. so know your role........puto!oh yeah and uh.........

That is some lame ass shit either way....

This kinda stuff is peoples livly hood...i.e. Kurt and Autocore.

And "bragging rights" in the seen of saying hey we built that truck...

That shit is just fucked up for the potographer to knowingly fuck the info up just for the sake of filling pages.

Our scene is too close knit to fuck us around like that and waste our time...because as you see we all find out about it.

....oh and dont fuck with or

Dude i am with you 100%. but I know Geo and have met a few of the guys from damaged inc. the are a pretty cool group of people. I just goes to show that the photographer for that specific shoot doesnt have a clue about this scene. all he seems to give a shit about is takin pics and tellin someone else to write what ever

And it IS true...not all photographers are like that..in fact, I can only think of a handful that are actually not in the scene and do this only for the money and dont really know what they are talking about in the articles and most of the time dont understand that most "projects" have a previous life before the current owner..if not several...It happened to my husband when we sold our Isuzu as well...I was surprised that Tailgate Magazine printed what they did based on what a 17 year old punk said "Oh this truck had to be totally redone, was in bad shape"...blah blah blah. If they had done their homework they would have known it was previously on the cover of MiniTruckin and Street Trucks and what this kid fed them was BS..our Isuzu was CLEAN, I only got to ride in it twice, Radar babied it until the day it sold...That is why I dont focus on features anymore, these trucks have so much history I dont want to omit anything and hurt anyones hard work or feelings....but that is just my dime minus 8 pennies.

^^^See Jennie does an awsome job for our scene wish we had more photographers like her....

And Radars Iz. was clean, that kid messed that truck up. I wish he would repaint it I am sick of seeing that thing and what it used to be when it was cool.
