Help ASAP

I wired in my solenoid last night for my shaved door kit from auotloc and it all worked fine... Messed around making sure the tension was good and all.. Took it all apart hid the wires and re wired it tested it again and it was working great.. Put my door panel back on and it quit working.. pulled it all apart and check the connections everything looked good re programed it and it still wouldnt pull.. So I hooked it up with the button straight to the batterie and still no pull... everything is workin but the solenoid when I push my remote the relay clicks so i know thats workin... Any ideas??? Is it common for them to just go out like that??

i think i remember having the same problem with mine. i got mine to work when i left a little slack in the cable, it didn't work when it was pulled snug. hope it helps
