We use an ESAB for sheet metal, its the something-cut 180, as you can tell we hardly use it. And then we've got 2 Thermal Dynamics cutmaster 51's, one for using around the shop and another on the table, I'm very impressed with these machines, couldn't ask for a better cut
Hypertherm's are the best bang for the buck. We ran a shop on 380 and used it all day everyday and never had a problem at all. consumables are priced fairly and are usually readily available. I've never used the 600 but from what these guys are saying it sounds good. The 380 is really good with 220v if you have it. If you can get it for $999 you should jump on it.
