Ok pick up some check valves today for my front Valves. Installed them and they only go up and does not go down. I didn

Sounds like you have them in the wrong place. They need to go either between the fill valve and tank, or between the tee and fill valve.

Yes they are between the tank and the fill valve. I put then on the vavles were the air is coming from the tank.

i would have to see a pic of your setup to know whats fucked, im thinking its location of valves or wireing.

man with the check valves on it ride better and not as bumpy for the fronts. Will this affect the frame since its more stiff? mean will it push the frame up? I had to get the front frame welded before because it was cracking.

Check valves shouldn't affect how it rides unless you're one of those people that puts full pressure into the front bags to have that "cool" raked look. Otherwise, its probably a figment of your imagination. As for stiffness and pushing on the frame, just keep an eye on it. I can't see it being that much more stiff, if any, so if you've been good on the frame since it was welded, then you'll be fine.
