I thought the purpel Mazda from MIC was cold blooded. I like the swinging tailgate, trick hood mod., and the chrome OE bumpers looked sweet. I think it was sold to someone over seas.

Derek Veenstra's riviera blue Mazda is my all time fav. Its what got me into minitruckin!
Hands Down I Third That! Veenstra's is my favorite Minitruck of all time to date, Mazdas or not. That truck just had "The Look", I liked minitruckin' before that alot. But I was way into hot rods and VWs and shxt also. When I saw Veenstra's truck I dropped jaw and havn't won the battle of building a truck I like as well yet, it had the magic. I can honestly say I have been hooked on minitrucks ever since because of that truck only..

FYI that truck derek says he built! B.S. that truck was built in a barn by one of my ex employees who sold it to Derek when he moved out of state and all derek had to do was clean it up cause it was sittin for awhhile and he had it painted! Sorry for venting i just hate it when people take credit for others work!

my fav. would have to been the old motion neon demo truck from the early 90's. it was on the inside cover in almost every issue from like 91 to 93 and featured 3 or 4 times. name of the truk was "stolin"....because it had been stolen twice before it was ever finished completely.
