removing tacoma bed?

the last two bolts at the back how do i remove them do i just cut them off?

If it's anything like mine, the two at the very back of the framerails, I had to use a swivel socket to go up through the hole in the lower portion of the frame rail.

thanks got one removed had to cut the other one due to rust have the bed removed now appreciate the help
