Kinda stumbled across this site while doing a search for Bigger wheels for my Dually's.
Anyways, I got a 99 GMC Sierra Shortcab, with the 8 ft bed. I got this truck from a buddy of mine that took it from stock to what or how it sits right now. The only thing I've done to it was add an Ipod adapter to the stereo, HIDs and Hand polish the Alcoa's (what a B!TCH that was).
Mods to Date:
Custom Paint, Alcoa Wheels, Dropped Fr: Spindles, Rr: Can't remember but it does have rear bags and onboard compressor for towing/bed use, Cowl Hood, Clear Front and Cab lights, HID headlights, Smooth front steel bumper(painted), Rollpan (painted), Hide-away Hitch, Spray-on Bedliner, Rear Bed soft cover, Tinted Windows, Speed Grille, Leather Interior, Stereo, Exhaust system (glasspacks, SOUNDS AWESOME), waiting to install airhorns.
Plans:
I want to install BIGGER wheels but this is my daily driver (partly)- so I need to maintain its driveability, especially with these screwed up DC Streets, also working on a limited budget but then again who isn't. LOL.
