you can also section the front crossmember 2&1/2" probably cant get more than that out of that mod.

either is a bunch of work but worth it when it lays the cab.

can someone post pics of a sectioned crossmember. i have a 84 c10 and need to do the same mod.

Just z the frame it's alot easier!

DO NOT SECTION THE CROSSMEMBER MORE THAN 1.5" YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Thats 2 1/2" You just have to re work your steering after the Z not that difficult. What will he regret? the steering? These trucks are pretty much straight forward and I think thats y they r gaining popularity. Post some pics of your front sus. so we can c what yur wurkin with.
