Ok so i bagged my 05 silverado a month and half ago. I went with a air zenith compressor because of its claims to out pump 2 viar 380's and was cheaper than purchasing 2 viar 380s as well. But i guess somethings are to good to be true. My zenith just took a BIG as crap on me right now and its only 1 1/2 months old what the f*** man.The shitty thing is i just moved to costa mesa and have no tools nore do i have another vehicle to get around in. I know they make a rebuild kit for but damn man you shouldn't have to rebuild your compressor a 1 1/2 month later F***.

just get on the phone and call Air Zenith. They have amazing customer service...I'm sure they'll hook you up. Everyone I know running them has nothing but good things to say.

have you checked your wiriing? relays? what gauge wiring are you using, what amp relays? those AZ's are power hungry. my first thing i would be looking at is the relay. hook the compressor directly to the battery for a few seconds to see if it comes on.

if it does come on that way, your realy is bad. if you had a 30/40 amp one, get a bigger one

I was wondering when someone was going to have something to say about these. I would check your relay. I have one of those old chassitech 550 (I think) and I blew out my first relay with that.
