I have navi wheels also and whoever puts them on their truck without having the stuff redriled is stupid. I have mine on there the "ghetto" way for now because I don't drive my truck. I have a spare set of axles and hubs waiting to be redrilled so it will be done right before it is ready to drive again. Heres a pic
