welder= best fuckin tool i ever bought
I have a Millermatic 210 and I love it. But I have not done any body work with it. Only frame work.
panel bond for body work IMO or a 110. 220 for ANY thing thicker than 1/8
a 220 welder will work fine on frame work and if you do body work with it just swap to .023 wire, like i said millermatic 250x
i find it easier usin the .023 wire in a 110 since i can burn it hotter for shorter times. also they sell a paste you can put around the weld if ur usin a 220( or anywelder for that matter)
I use a lincoln sp175. they say the sp series is alot better welder than the lower line and worht the little extra cash
Ive got a Miller 250DX TIG machine, a lincoln pro mig 175, and a miller 251.
Without a doubt, my miller 251 is my most versatile gun, i do bodywork and frame work with it. Its the best machine for the $
I GOT A hobart 175 and love it havnt tried it on body work yet though might be a lil to strong
I got an ESAB 180..good welder..but I think next one I get will be a Miller..both are great machines
heres my welder, its a little old but its great for doin both frames and body work
