I've drug through my tank before and shit, but I had sense enough to raise the damn thing and patch it.
& who mounts a block in front of the tank, that damn thing will glow white hot when it drags. Sounds like common sense to me.
I second the guy for dumbass minitrucker of the year.....behind the guy that welded the blazer bolt on notch to the top of his frame, and the guy that tacked a round notch to his fullsize frame and broke his frame in 1/2.

OK I HEAR THE BLOCKS WERE IN FRONT OF THE TANK. IM WONDERING HOW FAR IN FRONT. WAS IT A FEW INCHES OR LIKE A FEW FEET. CUZ I DRAG THE FRONT OF MINE AND THAT GETS ME THINKIN'. MY TANK IS MOUNTED UP IN THE BED BUT WHAT ABOUT THE RUBBER FUEL LINES? DID IT ACTUALLY PUNCTURE THE TANK SOMEHOW OR DID SPARKS BURN THRU A FUEL LINE???

actully if everyone wants to know the story i was in the fuckin truck....he aint a fuckin dumbass the blocks were NOT mounted to a bar under tha gas tank and they were mounted on the side of the frame next to the tank...we dont know if it was a fuel line or the tank but who cares shit happens..i got the footage from inside the truck of the drag and the trail of fire behind it..oliver ill call u sometime this week bout it..

arent the gas tanks plastic on the newer s-10s? this may have someting to do with it as well.
