When pulled over....

I was bored at this traffic light one night so I laid the back out in my s10 and was just sittin there waiting for the green light. Some guy in a stock Toyota pulled up next to me and I was like whatever. Then out of no where this cop car appeared behind me. Obviously I had to pop the back up to drive so I hit the switches as lightly as possible. Ya it didn't work, he pulled me over because I had zero ground clearance. I started going off with my BS-ing on how I never hit switches when i'm moving and that no one was around when I set it on the ground. He ended up letting me off with a warning. Sucker, I was hitting switches on the highway all the way home. You think cops would have something better to do with there time, like actually stop criminals or help people.

I hide my switch box under a sweatshirt or a towel and leave it were it is, no need to stur up any unwanted attention. If the cop is cool and asks about my car ill lay it out for him, otherwise the less he knows the better .

i got pulled over during the summer by a state cop on the high way. I was late for work in the mornin, so i was going about 75 80 mph. He flew up be hind me i pulled over. walks up said i had alot of violations. i was like great he didnt like how my lisence plate was attatchesd by 2 zip ties at the time and i was to low and few other things. I asked him if it was ok if the suspsention was adj. would it be ok he said no. Then he was like this thing is pretty crazy. I have a suicide doors sticker on my rear window asked me if it was my company i said no its where i bought the parts for the truck to make it do what it does. So the as we are on the side of the high way he was like what can it do i told him to step back cuz i didnt wanna but it down on his toes i went up down all sorts of stuff and he was laughin his ass off and said thats pretty awsome handed me my lisence registration back said have fun with it and have a good say

I got pulled over by 2 georgia state patrol officers... when they walked up they asked me to roll up my windows so they could check the tint... it was 1 percent... but i was just worried about them sayin something about the suspension but one cop just looked at the other and was like have you ever seen anything like that before... then they asked me to show them what it did... i was hopin that if i laid it out they wouldnt give me a ticket but no such luck...got $225 ticket

cops suck in some states you should all move to Kentucky I have been pulled over numerus times by cops just wanting to see my truck and once there was a computer screw up and a cop pulled me over for driving without a licens I aired it out he was cool as hell he talked to me for like 30min and then let me go and just told me to go to the cort house and get it fixed. I think it all depends on the state on if you should lay it out or not.

these are my experiences:

1. Dragging on the island (highway between gulf and bay) got a ticket.. but he asked my if I knew that my license plate was dragging the ground. I knew they don't spark.. but said "ohh yea, I didnt know how low I was riding". He told me I had to put mirrors/wipers back on the truck, and gave my friend a ticket just for being beside me while dragging pretty much.

2. Stepmom was in the hospital, having my baby bro lol.. I left the hospital, one of the cops from the parking lot followed me and drove beside me for about a mile whistling at me. I was trying to pay attention to the road, my brother was like Dude WATCH OUT! and the cop kept whistling/yelling. He told me I had to raise the ass end up, because theres a law about how many inches it has to be. I shook my head no, and said "im trying to dirve here!" and he kept yelling like "goto this website and check this law!" (like i was supposed to pull a pen outta my ass while driving and write it down) and he finally sped off.

3. didnt have my bed or hood on and every morning before school, this same cop would come up to my truck (bend down very low) and start yelling first thing about how he'll have my truck impounded, and I'd be in court. He kept yelling about how old he is, and how he knows the law and I dont. He kept yelling about my gastank exploding (turns out he was pointing at my 5 gallon airtank) so I explained that and he said "but still.. you will explode!!!" and was spilling coffee on my door almost! so for a week or 2 I had to sneak around the backside of the school lol.

4. big club meet, nowhere to park.. it was VERY late and the business was closed, so I parked in a handicapped spot for like 1 minute and a cop happened to pull up and told me I'd be getting a $500 fine. Everyone tried to defend me since it was for 1 minute and I didn't even turn off my truck.. and he said he'd double it for them trying to be "street lawyers" lol.

I'm from Texas and I got pulled over for speeding. I didn't have my bed cover on and he saw my compressor and tanks. He told me that I need to have the Safety department of the Texas DOT look at my truck to make sure it's legal to drive on the road, because it looks like your carrying hazardous material. On a seperate occasion. I got pulled over for dragging the ass end. I told him I'm still learning the switches and I accidently hit see-saw. He said I would take that switch out, because you don't get a ticket for wreckless driving you got to jail!!

i've got lucky ...the cops never hasslel me about my bags ,mostly they just pull me over for improper placement of tag or other lil dumb shit
