If it got hot enough inside the valve cover it might change color. I wouldn't opt for CGG though. It's expensive shit, and you couldn't use the clear silicone stuff on it to keep the oil from sticking. It would defeat the purpose.

Theres a clear silicone that bonds to glass that my glass blower uses. Oil beads on it and streams away like water. It's cool stuff. He used it on the inside of a glass oil pan he made to keep it looking clean all the time. I've looked into this. i seriously want to get one made someday.

I've seen some glass radiator hoses and it was the most bada** thing I pretty much fell in love instatly how good of an Idea are glass hoses?

yeah i tried to get blown pyrex liek you engine bay priced up from a local head shop they said they wont even touch that thick pyrex what ever happend to the company that made those for you and how much did it run
