Sort off but a lot of people over here just do it till they get caught
you car or truck can not be any LOWER than 75mm of the ground.
bagging your truck is a bit of a lop hole over here.

that sucks if my truck was there they would have a hard time trying to get 75 mm from between the frame and the ground.. lol
