painless wiring question

im gonna run a carburated 350 in my s-10, no power windows or anything like that, basic model truck, i just want it to run, have all the lights, dome light, dash lights and radio with components only, no system. which harness should i use, the 18 circuit or the 12 circuit. the 12 looks fine to me but i want some more opinions. thanks guys

If it were me I would go with the 18 circuit, doesn't hurt to have options incase you want to add more accessories to your truck without having to change out your wire harness, but if you had to you could always buy a fuse block its up to you man.

I used the 18 circuit harness for mine, and I had stuff left over. Of course I didn't use dome lights, or that radio, but it should work fine for you.

alright guys thanks alot, i guess i'll be getting the 18 circuit, also which harness did you get the 18 circuit universal or what...

i used the 18 circuit with the gm ignition.

Man I'll have to go out there and look....
