My bags are mounted on my bottom bars but my bars arnt dirrectly under the bags, there off to the side.. well i also have heim joints witch when i air up they swist and the bag sits weird.. so i tried to fix the problem by putting one bushing end on each end of the bars for a quick fix.. but now that didn't fix it the bar is still turning on the threads of the bars and making the bag sit.. anyone have any problems like this? or do i just need to move my bottom bars in so that they r directly under the bag and not to the side?

Definitely center the bag/bracket over the bar. Don't want the bag sitting weird like that, plus it'd be hell on the bushings. Got any pics?

You should make sure your 4 link brackets arnt twisted or tearing away either. You might have to replace them.

Those bars are pritty small for you to place bags on.. You can strengthen it by running gussets length wise on the bottom of the link bars.

thats not good thats bad, that means the bags are full and WANT to stretch to one side more, but are limited by the bag material.

Dont use heims, dont offset the bag on the bar, and use stronger bars, and you will fix the problem.

Those are just fine. Just center the bag on the bar when you do it the second time.
