Join any Honda site or other forums and EVERYBODY does it. Its because you can find out where a person lives, what there name is, all that shit just from there license plates.
Thats how alot of the time cars get tracked and stolen. There are people that will drive around and take pictures of peoples license plates on cars they want to steal.
Ever see Gone in 60 Seconds? How he goes to the DMV and gets all those cars and there homes and license plate numbers? Well, that shit really happens.
