I fail to see the reasoning for a rendering. Your truck is painted? Do you want a rendering with graphics? For what so you can show toyo a picture of a truck with graphics. Just send them pics of your truck how it is. If they dont give you tires then go buy some. I work for a wheel brand (MOD WHEELS) and I still dont get shit for free!

Daniel...if you need tires that bad...i think you need to sell your truck and get your shit together because your makin it sound like you cant afford them! I can get 18 inch low pro's (215/35/18 ) for 75-85 bucks a pop ALL DAY LONG. thats cheap.
