Hey all.

I'm from Oklahoma and own a 1998 Chevy Silverado 1500 2wd Stepside.

I know this is a dually place, but I plan on lowering it and doing a phantom dually setup on this beast.

First off, what wheels do I need, size, rims, where to find a good dually bed, etc....

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kolt

WELCOME

There are tons of beds on ebay.
Also check with local places that sell flat beds and utility boxes, they usually take the old beds as trade.

Errr, I meant tires.

The phantom dually setup has 2 big assed M/T's on the back and I need to know what a good size would be for my truck, I don't want to big or to small.

They don't make a tire that is to big. I think they are starting to come out with some really wide 20's and maybe even bigger.

mickey tompson sportsmen come it 15" wheel sizes and the only 16" wheel size is 26x9.50

the big problem with them is thay can't support the weight of the truck and their kind of a soft rubber compound so you add more air and then the center of the tire wears out and at an avg. of $300 each thats a wast of money
or you can run the new s/r sportsmen in a 33x22x 18 at $400

its your money so how cool can you aford
