I see alot of check valves all over air systems now. Like after the valves before the bags. Just a (just in case) saftey issue I guess.

after the valves before the bags wouldnt really work i dont think. It would have to be before the fill valve. It would prevent the bags from leaking down if the tanks ever lost pressure.

never herd of that being done before, only between the compressor and tank that i know of.

People run them because if you ever lose tank pressure, your fill valves will open up and the air from your bags will drain out through the fill valves. I dont think it happens with ALL valves, but some need backpressure (ie tank pressure) to stay closed.

I run check valves right before each fill valve on all my setups. I mean you really don't need them but it's good to have just incase you blow a line from the compressor or if your compressor takes a shit. This way if your tank loses air, You don't lose air in your bags.

Wait till you have to drain the system and take the airline out of the airbag. That shit isnt comin out. Not with pressure on the line.

just drain the tank and hold you dump valves down for longer than you usually would. no biggie
