I am thinking about getting a mazda b2200 and lowering it what is the max number of dollars it will cost and what is the cheapest and can anyone advise me on buying dropped spindles do they work?

it could cost u 1000's to lower it...

or it could cost you $100... all depends what you want to do... your question is a bit vague.
