What do you do it for???
i was takin a drive one day when i kid was staring at my s10 hard. The next thing i know is we are at a light and he crashed right into the car in front of him. No one got hurt and i laughed my a$$ off. I have fun with my truck, i have plenty of trophies, but that is just a bonus, i enjoy going to shows, not to win, but to lokks at other rides and know that i have on of the nicest there. 4 years ago, i was the one drowling at the finished show cars, now people drowl over mine and its a great feeling to know that you have built something that not only you, yourself love and take pride in but something that other love and envy. Whenever someone tells me i have i nice truck, i thank them, i hate the dicks that too cocky with their rides to even appriciate a compliment. Its all fun

at first i was just into lowriders like the 64 impalas , 84 cutlasses, old school bombs and thing. One day about when i was about 19 i saw a lowerd dually it was about the cleanest car i have ever seen i was hooked ever since. and now i get rhe looks from the kids that like it and some parents wondering how it works so and its the drive in me to keep me doing something i enjoyand yes i know it is not a mini but i do plan on building an s10 also
teenage dream at 16 years old,i'm doin' it now at 37
seriously i was a ricer when i was 14 and 15 id go out to races and my friend and i eventually ended up doing 70 head on into a ditch (i wasnt driving!). so i dropped out a the scene for about a year then some asshole kid at my school pulled up in a bagged yellow nissan and pulled every one in the parking lot to him and i figured i could do better than that so i picked up a minitruckin mag at work and after meeting the members of my club foreplay i was hooked every one helped out every one was down with hanging out drinking and building cool shit i only met them before slamsession 04 and in the past year ive got my first bagged truck and now im all about helping other people out and get them into the scene to show them its like a brotherhood. cuz now everytime i run into annother minitrucker we've got shared expirences so id say the reson im doing it now is for the scene and the people. cuz im yet to see annother culture thats like that!
Lets be honest. I do it for the bitches and Hos. haha. all that other stuff yall mentioned is just a plus.
My mom was tellin me when i was a kid while my younger brother was playing with his toys like normal, i was taking mine apart and swapping the parts and making something totally different.
She says.. You dont do anything like normal people do, you didnt play with your toys normal as a kid, its only natural you dont drive a truck normal.
Its just who I am Ive had alot of hobbies come and go over the years but this is no hobbie.

haha, yea ive had kids on bikes on the sidewalk run into each other before. both looked, the front one stopped, the second, well, he ran over his friend. haha!!
i was also that kid that took my shit apart. i tore apart my tricycle at 4. my Mom almost shit herself when she walked in the room, i bearing grease all over my hands and there lay my tricycle in many pieces on the floor. her words "You better have that back together before your father comes home". and i did.
I do it because it makes me feel good about being me. I can always go in my garage, or hop in the mini and be like damn, i built this thing. Gives you a sense of pride, and appreciation for yourself and the hardwork you put into it. It's basically a part of yourself.

I do it for me. To learn how to do stuff on my own, elp friends out ect. I also like to see the look on peoples faces when I lay it out at a light .
When I first got my truck, I had no idea what I wanted to do with it. I was actually going to lift it at one point. Then I went to the Spring Break Nats in Daytona. I was sitting on the strip and this blue F150 from Acrophobia (Dave's truck pre-Catch 22) and I almost shit my pants. It was the first time I had ever seen anyone dragging. That 5 seconds or so got me hooked for life.
minitruckin is the only scene where nobody gets a damn attitude if you show up in a nicer ride than theirs
they'll come over and talk to ya about it, rather than wanting to race or spinnin tires and leaving like a dumbass ricer, or talkin shit to their buddies about your ride
