Why not

No honestly I know I love it for many of the same reasons... but to me the people are just as important as the trucks. I have met so many good friends and we all have a common bond MT4LYFE

I love to work on vehicles and love to have something that not your average joe isnt gonna have and i saw a Truckin' mag my freshman year of highschool with a silverado BD on 20's and my dad had promised me his silverado when i got my license so i was like i wanna BD it on 20's(plans changed alot as i learned more), I love the looks people give me when im cruising along in normal traffic flow and they just cant help but look at me cause Im so much diffrent then all the rest of the vehicles around me, and I love it when people look at my ride out in a parkinglot or when filling up on gas and their like this things badass or some old dude is like HOP IT lol and then when its show season getting to hangout with all the diffrent people and get drunk and see tons of titties i mean its like everytime i drive the thing its a new adventure.

I got into it because of the people. I was taken to a run when I was about 10 and there was no turning back. Plus I love the ingenuity on adjustable suspensions. The work that goes into anything custom I enjoy.

i just love trucks period, hell my first word was truck, ever since i was little i had like 3 million matchbox cars and i dreamed one day i would have the baddest fuckin thing around, when i was like 12 or 13 i got hooked on imports before they were played the fuck out, and i always felt something missing... then when i was about 15 i was walking through the store and i saw a minitruckin magazine and i remember seeing a bagged and bodydropped truck for the first time and i fell in love, went to my first show in indy, saw my very first drag and now ive been workin on em since. wouldnt trade it for anything in the world.

I started because my Uncles used to have trucks back in the early/middle 80's. Now I do it for the sparks, the looks from people, and because I enjoy creating for myself and other people.

Purchased a new truck in 1989 and fell in love with the club/truck scene since. I continue to be involved because:

1. Kids love it when I drop them off at school2. It's a way to rebel 3. Pisses off my stuffy neighbors in suburbia.4. It's in my bloodMore importantly some famalies camp and do other hobbies, our family goes to shows and puts on Meltdown/Dry Off and we have fun as a family.

I do it for the kids, Not really I do it because I love mini trucks. The neck breaker factor is just an added bonus.

Although I have never driven my own truck... When I finish bagging a truck I always take it for a test drive and I have to agree with you steve... the looks on people's faces and especially the kids...
