bag mount pattern wanted

I remember seeing a nice ProE or other graphics software image of an upper bag mount for torsion minis. My nephew is bagging his truck and is a little low on funds, but his dad has access to a water jet and can make his mounts if we have a pattern. I'll design one myself if I cant find anything, but I know I saw one, so if anyone has the file, or a C or assembly program for a water jet I would seriously appreciate it and I know my broke nephew would too.

thats the pdf with the dimensions of the upper bolt pattern. You just need to elongate each of the holes.
