2-3 places, prices and links were posted to the brackets that would be the same exact thing you'd find anywhere else (about half the price also) you'd just have to use the "forever bolt" since these brackets are about as low profile as you could find.
if the suicidedoors ones are too high, and the ones posted are too low.. youd pretty much have to measure exactly what you want to find something that specific or trim some down, because most shops that sell this style brackets specifically for axle BAG brackets, are gonna leave that space for the convenience of easy access to the bolts for installing/swapping bags.

make them yourself, very easy get a section of rectangle tubing like 2x3 or what ever you need, cut 1 side off (the 3" side) then notch the 2" sides for the diameter of your axle tube
or even u channel for that matter,
or this method which i did on my dodge... just adjust the layout for your needs
