THEN I LOOKED A LITTLE FARTHER DOWN AND HE SAID THEY WERE BYC ARMS. I SHIT MY PANTS RIGHT THERE AND THEN. I AM ACTUALLY AT HOME WASHING MY PANTS OUT RIGHT NOW.

Thats ridiculous, I (as well as others) offered to pay the shipping again. You didnt ask them to. You already arent going to here the end of it, so whats the difference? People want the product that they paid for, and at this point are willing to do anything it takes to get it from you. You will quiet more people down by doing it than you will by not. Its that simple. To me, it means that the Toyota arms that you keep saying are done are not. Notice how you didnt even reply to anything else in my post except about the shipping. Not one thing about the Toyota arms. Not to mention, I havent even said anything about the Nissan arms I have on order with you to. Hard enough to get an answer about one set, let alone two sets.

listen to my story. I had a set of lowers that mike made me wait over 5 months to recieve. I had to get the truck out of the garage so I got some art arms my friend traded me and by the time I got the arms I didnt need them. So I write Mike at BYC customs and ask if I could get a refund for my arms if I send them back because I know that so many people wanted a set and they were on backorder. He said sure as soon as he recieves them he will refund the money right into my paypal account. I was going to sell the arms if he didnt want to do a refund for me...keep in mind......so I took his word for it. This was way way back on October 13 2005 when the package was delivered to his shop. So 2 weeks go by and nothing in my account. I ask him what the problem is and he said he lost the paperwork and i had to give him all the information all over and then I wait another 2 weeks go by and I email him and he says...ohh I cant find your paypal transaction can you find it for me....I go and get that and email it to him....he writes back and says I will see the money that weekend. and nothing nothing at all. I was saving money for Christmas for my son Tristan and I was in dier need of my refund. I could have sold the arms to anybody. But mike promised me an instant refund. I have been emailing him since the last email he sent me back in the beginning of November. I write him an email every other day and he hasnt responded to a single one. He even states that he used my control arms to complete another order which is like a smack in the face to me. It is February 11 and I still dont have a refund and my son still dont have a Powerwheels that I promised him for christmas. I am more than very upset and I check to see if I have gotten my refund everyday...Mike I need my refund and I need it now. It just isnt fair at all! so with that said where is my refund. You said that i would have it as soon as you got the arms back and that was oct 13 05. and i had to wait over 5 months to get em. When i was emailing you about me wanting to send the arms back.. and get an address the emails were immediate now i ask where my refund is and i havent gotten an email since the beginning of Nov. saying you were sending my refund that weekend. My whole beef with you MIke is that, Not only do I know you are screwing everyone who has an order with you, BUT IF I have already paid for the shipping on my arms, and that are supposedly "DONE". Then why in God's creation do I not have them already?
And yes I have read every single post in the last 31 pages of this thread, And I have yet to find a reason for this. So explain this to me!
