Here's a small sugestion not tryin to run yo shit and im not a customer. Just think this idea may help u out in future man. When u got junkyard get a few front frame clips so u can perfect ur arms before sending them out and u wont have to redesign and replace peoples arms as much man. Looks as if ur starting to get caught up which is a good thing as long as what is goin oput isnt gonna ahve to be redone............................

the only thing Ive had to replace were S-10 arms that were too short. the designs are prefected before they leave.

theres always room for improvement, thats why were not all still driving Model Ts

so when something can be improved I will improve it. its not that the previous thing didnt work properly but more like the small improvements car makers come up with every year.

ship the parts cod. that way you don't have to worry about going broke shipping a bunch of orders in one day.

I do ship parts COD these days. but old orders that have been paid for ant be shipped COD since they were already paid for.

FBI owes me about more than a grand for past orders which I was gonna use to pay shop rent and the phone bill.

I have always used their orders to pay the monthly bills, but havent seen a chek from them since December.

Im gonna build more S-10 stuff this week and some other parts but what the others are may change.

I have to finish one Ranger set I didnt get done yesterday.

Corey, you need S-10 arms and I said im making S-10 arms this week. do I know if yours will be out this week? no I dont know for sure. I do know that you have one of the oldest orders and one of the sets thats ready except for the balljoint tubes.

ill be honest. if someone offers to pay shipping twice let them. The number one thing to remember when running a business is that the customer is ALWAYS right. if they ask for something you do it. i will gladly pay shipping again, i need the arms soon and i will also pay to ship the old ones back to you. people want their arms, not excuses.
