and i agree great he is making an effort to pay everyone back good for him but i still feel untill these people either get parts or money they have every right to say whatever they want....and the people who are just talking shit big damn deal its a bunch of letters on a pc its not costing him money..he did that to himself...people take these forums way to seriously

hm.. the only time ive had a late payment is because i forgot, and was like 5 days late, not 5months. ive never filed bankruptcy...... its screwing someone when every time they call you tell them it is shipping at the end of the week, when you know its not, and you do it time after time after time.

Heres a story for you. No names.

A big reputable company come out with a new product a few years ago. One of the first customers to recieve the product had a problem. He calls the retail store he got it from and they call the company. Then the customer calls a few other retail stores with the same complaint and they call the company. So now the company thinks they have many problems with this new product and pulls the product to see whats going on. Turns out the problem was one product that got blown waaay out of proportion by one person calling many retailers. This company had the resources to go months behind and come back but people like me and Mike dont. The internet is a great thing for us but also can be a bad thing for us in a case like this. Mike probably would have come thru this if it werent for the same bad pr of one person traveling thru 100 people. Some people will get what im saying and some people will never wake up. I know Mike probably less than most people here but I can stop and think for a minute in someone elses shoes.

How the hell can you compare that story to this situation? Pulling product that you suspect is defective isn't even remotely similar to collecting cash and NEVER shipping a god damned thing to your customer!!! Here's a thought, it was probably MONTHS before anybody started bitching about late orders. He was under LONG before this shit became "public" I bet. So who's fault is that??? Still going to blame the bitching customers???

And, yes Mike, I know I'm just some uninformed dumb fuck kid. Whatever makes you sleep at night.

Thats not the way I see it, I gave you $358, almost a year ago and have recieved nothing! So to me thats getting fucked over, especially since you've been giving me the runaround the whole time. First off Mike white I am a payed customer, can and will prove it. I havent been on here in a while so I started reading all the new post, and quite at page 64 where you posted the above. I once knew of a guy with no clue, he fucked a bunch of people over and lost everything because he didn't have a clue.

And as far as being a customer, i tried, hard to be one, i tried for almost 4 months to get emails returned for a set of c10 upper and lowers,

finally i figured out not to order them from him.

My responce.. This ISNT about his children. What you dont get is this is proving his character. Its just like being prosecuter. I have only known Mike a short time but I understand how easy it is to get in his situation is why I will try to help a MiniTrucker with the same passion as me. I try real hard to keep my business small while most people thats never been to my shop think were this huge corporation. Its just a few of us here. When your the one doing everything to keep a business going the days goes by really fast. I never said Mike was an angel and somethings like this thread have gotten waaaaaay out of hand because of people like "jon" who thinks its all fun and games trying to beat somebody's name in the dirt. At least Mike did show everyone else that theres a market that needed to be filled for the ones in need of arms. I bet the orders not filled are a whoooole lot smaller than most of you think. Now this will be the first time I make a statement that I dont know is true or not.

Most likely he doesnt have a business license or pay taxes to the goverment.We know his credit is fucked.He has no assets.What he has is alot of debt.Now how can you file bankruptcy for a company that "really" doesnt exist.And if you understand that well..That leans to Mikes advantage..not everyones else..Cause I know Mike can wash his hands in all this basically..And walk away. Becuase none of his shit is legit.
