I have only known Mike a short time but I understand how easy it is to get in his situation is why I will try to help a MiniTrucker with the same passion as me. I try real hard to keep my business small while most people thats never been to my shop think were this huge corporation. Its just a few of us here. When your the one doing everything to keep a business going the days goes by really fast. I never said Mike was an angel and somethings like this thread have gotten waaaaaay out of hand because of people like "jon" who thinks its all fun and games trying to beat somebody's name in the dirt. At least Mike did show everyone else that theres a market that needed to be filled for the ones in need of arms. I bet the orders not filled are a whoooole lot smaller than most of you think. An unhappy customers complaint go a loooooong way while a happy customers praises go no where. Now you kids keep bashing while the adults try to get this over with. Its a beaten horse so get over it.

well mike he might not be a customer but i was and he is talking about my arms , they are all messed up and they dont fit proper so are u going to do anything about that probly not ,so thats why i never posted on this forums .but i was one of the people that got arms and they where messed up and u didnt do anything about it or will so am i a customer

No disrespect on me but this is your business if they are your arms. No need for 10 people complaining about 1 set of arms.

Heres a story for you. No names.

A big reputable company come out with a new product a few years ago. One of the first customers to recieve the product had a problem. He calls the retail store he got it from and they call the company. Then the customer calls a few other retail stores with the same complaint and they call the company. So now the company thinks they have many problems with this new product and pulls the product to see whats going on. Turns out the problem was one product that got blown waaay out of proportion by one person calling many retailers. This company had the resources to go months behind and come back but people like me and Mike dont. The internet is a great thing for us but also can be a bad thing for us in a case like this. Mike probably would have come thru this if it werent for the same bad pr of one person traveling thru 100 people. Some people will get what im saying and some people will never wake up. I know Mike probably less than most people here but I can stop and think for a minute in someone elses shoes.

Chops bring your arms and your truck to me. I will fix the arms and install them for free.

thanks for the offer clyde but me and keef will take care of it ,when we build my new frame , just was upset when they wouldnt work when i 1st got them ,but thanks alot for the offer

yea this has gone wayyyy to far , just needs to stop and just wait i guess and see what happens .i know of a couple of people being really nice about all this and would like their money back so hasnt said anything about the whole thing

heres my 2 cents and by the way i am a customer..and i am very happy with my gen 1 s10 arms....customer is always right you should both know that and they have every right to call you a million times a day or email you or whatever if you dont deliever on a product alot of the people on here are young and as i know both of you know work extremely hard for the money that they spend on your parts now put yourselves in there shoes say you pay for some steel and the shit never shows up and you keep calling and they keep giving you the run around and it lasts for a year you would be pretty pissed too....now what would you do if a truck is in your shop and you did work on it and the customer told you he was taking it but not paying for it what would you do...say fuck u you aint taking shit till you pay..i see both sides of this but all in all mike was wrong 100% weather intentional or not he lied alot and has alot of peoples money which in turn has created a huge monster of pissed off people and when you guys call people children all that does is piss people off even more but hey thats just my 2 cents

Your right. I never said Mike was an angel but thats over and done. Now hes trying to pay everyone off and thats more than most people would do. Im sure everyone here has had a late payment or filed bankruptcy. Its no different really. You promised to pay that amount on that day but something came up something happened and you did not pay. He could file bankruptcy and no one could touch him but he didnt. Hes trying to do his best to pay. There were many things that could have been done different on both sides. We all know the people that are acting like kids and Im not talking about customers.

Acually I have a few customers that have taken there trucks/parts and not paid but thats not everyones business. Thats my point alot of people on here are doing alot of bashing cause they heard the he said she said and its not their business.
