Hey guys still no emails from mike the problem has NOT been resolved. I provided him with all the info needed. There are no excuses. He has the ams I sent back and now I need my refund. I alreday explained my position what is the hold up??

I have been in your position for about 3 months now waiting for a refund. I've emailed him and pm'ed with no response. Your better off sitting on a chair with your thumb under you.

The reason he said is he isn't actually making money now, but doing back orders, so i guess we have to sit and wait for him to catch up....

yea but i already waited over 5 months for the lower control arms. I sent them back being promised an instant refund. I could have sold them to get my money back. now he has gotten them and probably resold them and there goes my money....am i right?? so is it fare for me to wait even longer.... I think not! there is no excuse for me not to get my refund..

Well then who the fuck would set up shop to make a product and make anything less than 20% profit on them. Just to have something to do? I hear that type of shit everyday in my trade. Nobody is making any money. FUCK THAT! I know better. I'm making good money and so are all the subs. When I bought my suspension set up I bought a complete front and rear setup from a Co. that is also in TX. They "Extensive"ly hint, hint, were great to work with. After 2 weeks I recieved a call from them, (yes, they called me) and told me they were having a problem getting a shipment of bags and did not want me to wait any longer. They said they found some at Godfather Customs and ordered them and had them drop ship them to me and shipped out my suspension that day. Now that is customer service. Most of these customers are a 1 time purchaser. referrals and advertisement is all he has. At this pace, BYC better save some of that money for an advertising agency and hope that the new customers have not spoken to any of the previous customers. These threads need to continue until these guys either get arms or a refund. We soon take this to level 2. SSM isn't the only outlet for getting the messege out. And let me tell ya, a couple threads on here ain't shit!

I cant even comment on that stupid post.

ill be here tomorrow just like today working 12 hours again and getting someones order out. ill be erasing one name off the board at a time until theres no back orders... thats all I can say.

anyone needs to know something about BYC, please email me and be patient, I dont reply as fast as most people.

Just have to say that Mike & BYC , came through on my order placed 08/30/05 after he stated he had extras of what I needed, & this was even with a changed in the product. Received in 45 days 10/14/05. He returned e-mails & calls, he was informing me along the way of changes & why there were being made. Product will be a while before installed due to recovering from total knee replacement. Thank you again Mike! Gary E.
