I have done crazier things to get vehicles...i bought the truck in my avatar and flew from one side of the country to the other to drive it back home. Try driving from Los Angeles to Detroit Michigan in a truck that gets @ 11 MPG.
The truck cost $5500...the trip cost @$7000 more.
The best thing about having a 17 year old daughter though is knowing she will change her mind in about 10 minutes
