when you guys won this contest. did they get the rights for the design on this wheel? cause if they didnt doesnt that mean you get royalties or something. because if they didnt give u anything for it couldnt u sue. or is that what the wheels that you didnt get was for? i didnt really pay attention to the contest just trying to see whats goin on

BY entering the contest you gave up rights for them to use your design in any way they want to. The prize was a free set of rims up to 18" I think for the 1st place person. The $500 gift certificate was just a prize given to runner-ups(not at first, but after all the commotion regarding them selling the designs ans people getting nothing, Garrick stepped in and looked into getting us stuff)
