ok, if $500 bucks was the deal, then that was the deal, cool. now, i dont see any reason that they could NOT give you a set since you (all the winners) designed them and they will get the benefits. just my two cents

I guess their point is: Why give a set of wheels to someone if they were not promised it and they already own the rights to the designs.
I agree that I think everyone involved is getting shafted on the whole deal, but honestly I do not think Bonspeed or the people at U.S. Wheel expected all the great quality designs that were supplied. I bet they thought they would only get one wheel design out of the whole deal. It is shitty because art designers would have been paid some bucks to create a design like that and the people who made the designs are not even awarded the design credit they deserve.
