4-6 drop on 92 reg.cab 22" wheels rubbing

I just wanted to see if anybody else has had any problems with the tires hiting the fenders and messing the tires up cause if i hit a bump hard the passgener side fender hits the tires and its ripping so im thinking the front end needs to be inlined cause driver side doesn't do it . Just wanted to see if anybody else had that problem THANKS
