i am in the process of doing a BD to my 89 b2200 and i have got the cab cut dropped and rewelded, i am in need of help on the bed now, what is the best way to drop it, cut the inside wall above wheel well, or cut the whole floor out??? pics would also be great, i am sure this quesion has been asked before if you guys could help that would be sweet!!!! Thanks!

just a tip body drop your bed a little more than you did the cab so that you can add spacers to line up your body lines incase everything is not perfectlly square.
Do a rear subframe and stockfloor the bed, that's how we git r done. It sounds like more work but it really isn't and yields a nice clean bed interior when finished. The only part of the box that will require a rework is the wheel wells. If there is a time or money issue with the wheel wells you can always just cut the tops off for tire clearance and rebuild them at a later date. We are working on one like this right now, I will try and post pix as we progress. Hope this helps anyways.
when i cut the section out of the side wall of the bed do i cut like 2 3/4" down from the bed rail and take out the section and let the inside bed wall slide up under the bed rail lip to try to hide the seam??? or just secton just above the wheel well and reweld and grind the weld smooth??
