Best brakes for a bigger wheel?????

Looking to redo the front setup on my truck.(99 S dime,SFBD).The front has 18's now but soon to be 20's. I have all the suspension worked out, looking to see what some of you other people have used for better brakes. Where to get them and estimates of how much would be great, thank you...

I went with Baer. 14" Rotors. Front kit $659.95 And Rear kit was $499.95.
