5 lug conversion on D-50

How would someone do this on a d-50? I have heard that a toyota hub will bolt up directly to a mitsu/d-50 drop spindle... Just curious. My buddy has one and it's completely stock and is wanting to swap to 5 lug at the same time we bag his truck...
