0 2 Sensor????

I got a 2001 Chevy S10 that we are currently stock floor body dropping....my question is....the catalytic converter will not fit under the cab after the cab goes back on...therefore we cut the cat out of the exhaust system forever....there is an 0 2 Sensor thats not gonna do its job now that the cat is gone....what do I do about the sensor problem....is there someway to bypass it????Help me out peps...thanks!!!!
