Exhaust Leak

I just bought a 91 s-10, and it has a pretty bad leak coming from the exhaust manifold, I was just wondering if anyone knows of a company that makes a header for the truck, or should I just go get a new manifold. I just want the truck to be quiet, and run good until I throw the 383 strocker in it.
