need input on 1st gen s10 chop top

i wanna chop the top on my 91 s10 2.5 inches but i want it to appear stock and use stock glass what all is invloved with this i need any pointers i can get please help pics would be great as well...thanks

roll your side windows down 2.5 inches..that will give you an idea of how the roof and windshield posts should look when dropped...

here is a link to jareds truck, similar in shape to the older sdime. IF does most of their chops this way and it isk almost a step by step tech. good luck.
